1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AFTER PAY mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and AFTER PAY ("Company", "we", "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service independently
• Users between 13 and 17 may use the Service with verified parental or guardian consent
• You must reside in Pakistan to place orders
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during checkout

3 Products and Pricing

3.1 Product Listings

AFTER PAY strives to keep product information accurate. Product images, specifications, and descriptions are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the actual item received.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable service charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.

3.3 Availability

Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items and will issue a full refund promptly.

4 Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Placement

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that the delivery information provided is accurate. An order confirmation does not guarantee fulfilment; we reserve the right to cancel orders.

4.2 Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – payment collected upon delivery
• JazzCash – processed through JazzCash's secure payment gateway
• EasyPaisa – processed through EasyPaisa's secure payment gateway
• Credit/Debit Card – processed securely by our payment partner
• Bank Transfer – manual verification required, delivery after clearance

4.3 Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

BNPL installment plans are subject to credit eligibility assessment. Approval is not guaranteed and is at AFTER PAY's sole discretion. By applying for BNPL, you consent to us reviewing the documents you provide for eligibility purposes.

5 Delivery

• Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days nationwide
• Delivery fees apply as shown at checkout (typically Rs. 149 for COD)
• AFTER PAY is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
• The "Open Parcel" option allows you to inspect the product before paying; refusing a valid product incurs a re-stocking fee

6 Returns and Refunds

• 7-day return window from the date of delivery for defective or incorrect items
• Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
• Items damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or water damage are not eligible for return
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for damaged-in-transit claims

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems
• Place orders with no intention to pay or accept delivery
• Abuse the return policy by returning used products
• Misrepresent identity for BNPL applications

Violations may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and legal action.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the AFTER PAY App and website — including but not limited to logos, text, images, software, and product data — is the intellectual property of AFTER PAY or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFTER PAY shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
• Losses due to third-party payment processor errors or delays
• Product defects covered under the manufacturer's warranty (contact manufacturer directly)
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
